In a last ditch effort to capture the Gold, he teams up with Kate Moseley, a prima donna pairs figure skater whose domineering talent and razor-sharp wit puts Doug on very thin ice.

Mentions Johnny Winter on the (Jon Paris - Guitar & Vocal, Johnny Winter - Bass) Review of Got Love If You Want It on page 66.

Following is an excerpt of the article.
John Hammond:
Got Love If You Want It
Charisma 92124-2
1992
4 / 5 Stars

How many living white blues artists do you know who possess the long-held respect and admiration that John Hammond has from black blues legends?
There are guitarists Eric Clapton and Johnny Winter and probably harp player Charlie Musselwhite. After that, it gets tough to come up with another. Hammond has been playing at least as long as those veteran blues stars, and more than any of them, he's kept his blues vision pure and unadulterated, without subordinating blues style for rock audiences.

Johnny and Edgar Winter '92 DVD

This DVD features Johnny and Edgar Winter, each performing solo sets as well as performing 3 songs TOGETHER to close the show. This concert was filmed in Maryland during their 1992 National Tour. Playing drums during Edgar's set is Carmine Appice. Songs performed include Big City Woman (joined in progress), Keep Playing that Rock 'n Roll, Stagger Lee, Way Down South, Fly Away, Tobacco Road, Free Ride and Frankenstein, which features an extensive drum solo by Carmine. Johnny's set includes Hideaway (joined in progress), Treat Me Like You Wanna, I Gotta Find My Baby, I Got My Brand on You, Goin' Down featuring Carmine on drums and vocals by Johnny's bass player, She Likes to Boogie Real Low and Johnny Guitar. Joining Johnny for the encore is his brother Edgar. This is probably the first time they performed live together since their Together album tour. They perform Please Come Home for Christmas, Just Like a Woman and Sick and Tired. A great show by two great musicians out of Texas as well as showing these brothers in rare performance together.
